Starting 1 April 2025, Sreedhar N. will be taking over as the CEO of Saint-Gobain’s Asia-Pacific Region which incorporates Australia, New Zealand, and India. The executive will move from his current role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Saint-Gobain, where he has served ever since July 2021, and helped in transforming the company’s portfolio along with driving financial transformation and nurturing a cash culture at the company. Along with these responsibilities, Sreedhar will remain part of the Executive Committee.
This appointment comes as part of the company’s strategically planned growth initiative and will allow Sreedhar to capitalise on his experience from leading for Santhanam during his term. Santhanam is expected to retire on 5 May 2025 after serving in the company for an impressive 45 years. His remarkable leadership and strategy development skills helped expand Saint-Gobain India. Saint-Gobain appointed Sreedhar N. as the new CEO to leverage his extensive business experience to ensure innovative and progressive expansion of the company, especially in the emerging regions, further establishing the company’s dominance in the building materials industry.
