Havas India has announced the appointment of Prasanth Challapalli as the Chief Digital & Innovation Officer for the Havas Creative Network India. This newly created role highlights the agency’s intensified focus on digital transformation, innovation, and tech-integrated creative strategies.
Challapalli, who will be based in Mumbai, will report directly to Rana Barua, Group CEO of Havas India, Southeast Asia, and North Asia. With an impressive career spanning over 25 years across advertising, digital, entertainment, and consulting, Challapalli is set to play a key role in shaping the agency’s digital-first vision.
Before joining Havas, Prasanth was the Founder & CEO of Gravity Integrated, where he led digital strategy for brands like Amazon Pay, Google, and Tata Motors. His prior leadership experience includes tenures at Publicis, Leo Burnett Orchard, and iContract, making him a veteran of creative-led innovation.
In his new role, Challapalli will work closely with senior leaders like Sanchita Roy, Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Media India, and Rohan C., Chief Digital Officer at Havas Media India, to drive the integration of AI-powered tools such as Converged OS across teams and campaigns.
This strategic move reaffirms Havas’ commitment to blending creativity with emerging technology, media innovation, and cultural insight—delivering integrated brand experiences that are both impactful and future-ready.
