McDonald’s Welcomes Pragya Singh as Director – People Partner to Lead Strategic HR Initiatives Across Geographies

To strengthen its global people strategy and organizational culture, McDonald’s has appointed Pragya Singh as its new Director – People Partner. With nearly 20 years of HR leadership experience, Pragya comes to McDonald’s with a history of success in strategic HR partnering, talent management, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Pragya’s career includes positions at PepsiCo, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and KPMG. She served in many positions of influence at PepsiCo, including Associate Director and Deputy Director. She initiated coaching, succession planning, and DEI strategies that enhanced business performance and employee engagement at PepsiCo and other businesses where she worked.

Before joining PepsiCo, Pragya was an HR Business Partner at Wells Fargo. She was also a Senior Manager at Bank of America and KPMG, which gave her the cross-industry experience in managing workforce and strategic talent management.

Her reputation for people-first leadership and large scale transformational change reflects how she will positively impact McDonald’s upcoming goal of building inclusivity and engagement within organizational culture.
