Lokesh Sikka has been appointed as the President & Group CHRO at GM MODULAR has assigned the post of Lokesh Sikka as the new President & Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). On his strategic journey, Lokesh will guide HR strategies, organizational changes, and talent enhancement projects across the GM Group of Companies in India. The aim of his work will be to promote continuous organizational development and creative HR management in the group of companies.

During his 20-year HR leadership career, Lokesh showed exceptional results with some of the major Indian brands, among which were Reliance Retail, Onida, Snapdeal, AceVector Group, Flipkart, Vodafone, HDFC Securities, and Aditya Birla Group. His strong background in HR strategy, leadership hiring, performance management, and learning & development, guarantees him a leading role in GM MODULAR’s ongoing growth and success.
