AdvantageClub.ai, an innovative HR tech platform, has successfully raised $4 million in a funding round led by Axilor Ventures. This round also saw investments from AFG Ventures, Bytez Ventures, Prasanna Sarkar (former CTO of Rippling), and other existing investors. The new capital will drive the company’s expansion plans, focusing on employee wellness and further AI innovations.
Sourabh Deorah, CEO of AdvantageClub.ai, expressed his excitement about the investment, stating, “We are thrilled to secure this funding from such a prestigious group. Our strong market presence in Asia, where we lead with 65-70% of the deals, reflects our employee-first approach. This funding will help us continue our mission to create happier, healthier workplaces through AI-powered solutions like our AI bot, Adva.”
With this round, AdvantageClub.ai’s total funding reaches $11 million. The company plans to utilize the funds to achieve three primary goals: expanding in the U.S. and other Asian markets, prioritizing employee well-being, and advancing AI-driven capabilities.
The focus on AI will enhance the company’s existing products, such as rewards and recognition platforms, with new features aimed at promoting wellness, including OPD (Outpatient Department) plans, fitness programs, and health checkups. The launch of Adva, an AI-powered bot for employee engagement, marked a key milestone, and the company plans to introduce additional AI solutions in the coming months to address workplace challenges.
AdvantageClub.ai has seen impressive growth, doubling its revenue to ₹323 crore ($39 million) in FY23, a 93.4% increase from the previous year. Serving over 5.5 million users in 100+ countries, the company is now poised to scale its operations further to meet the growing demand for employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
The platform’s success can also be attributed to its “anti-leakage” model, which ensures a high redemption rate of 90%, significantly outpacing the industry average of 60%. This model ensures that funds are efficiently utilized, even when employees transition out of the company.
Smiti Bhatt Deorah, COO and Co-founder, emphasized the company’s commitment to its employee-first approach, which has helped it become a market leader in Asia. “Our employee-centric model has made us the preferred partner for many organizations,” she said.
Ganapathy Venugopal, CEO of Axilor Ventures, praised AdvantageClub.ai’s platform, stating, “The company offers a scalable, personalized solution that is ideal for organizations seeking to enhance employee engagement and strengthen their employer brand. We’re excited to support their next phase of growth.”
Looking ahead, AdvantageClub.ai aims to expand its user base to 20 million within the next two years by continuing to enhance the white-collar employee experience through cutting-edge wellness programs and AI-driven solutions.
