Priti Kataria Appoints Chief People Officer (CPO) at Birlasoft

Birlasoft is pleased to announce the appointment of Priti Kataria as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In her new role, Priti will spearhead initiatives to build a high-performance culture, enhance the company’s employer brand, and foster a people-centric, agile organization.

Priti takes over the reins from Arun Dinakar Rao, who transitioned to a new internal role. With a career spanning over 26 years in the IT industry, Priti brings extensive experience in global talent strategy, change management, and organizational transformation, making her a key asset to Birlasoft’s leadership team.

Before joining Birlasoft, Priti served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Wipro’s Enterprise Futuring division (WEF). She is also pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at IIM Indore and holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).

Priti’s wealth of expertise in strategic HR will play a crucial role in shaping Birlasoft’s future talent strategies, reinforcing its commitment to a people-first approach, and driving organizational excellence.
