Neeraj will manage a leadership team responsible for the company’s iconic apparel brands and retail formats, including The Raymond Store (TRS) and Raymond Made to Measure (MTM). With over 20 years of expertise in the fashion and retail industries, he is poised to drive the company’s growth plans, strengthen brand positioning, and expand its retail footprint in key areas.
Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Neeraj held key leadership positions at Baazar Retail Pvt. Ltd., K RAHEJA GROUP – Shoppers Stop, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., ITC Limited, and Ashima Ltd. His expertise in brand creation, strategic planning, and operational efficiency positions him well to guide Raymond’s future growth.
Neeraj’s academic background includes management studies at MDI Gurgaon and Harvard corporate School, which have equipped him with the skills and insights required to align Raymond’s corporate objectives with changing market trends and customer preferences. His leadership is intended to boost Raymond’s position in the retail sector, keeping the brand at the forefront of the industry.
