New Delhi, India – ISS Facility Services India, part of the global facility management giant ISS A/S, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Dr. Shakti Singh Chauhan as Executive Director for Industry & Manufacturing (I&M) Operations. Dr. Chauhan will be instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure sustainable growth within ISS India’s Industry and Manufacturing portfolio.
With over 20 years of diverse experience across multiple sectors including ITES, BPO, Banking, Retail, and Telecommunications, Dr. Chauhan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership acumen to ISS India. His expertise spans across critical functions such as space planning, transportation, security, productivity, supply chain management, inventory control, and real estate and facilities management. Known for his transformational leadership, Dr. Chauhan has a proven track record of delivering operational excellence and driving sustainable business growth.

Before joining ISS India, Dr. Chauhan held senior leadership roles at prominent companies, including Country Head, Facility Management & Operations at 32nd Milestone, Senior Vice President of Facilities and Administration at HDFC Bank Ltd, and Country Head of Integrated Facilities Management & Mall Operations at Reliance Retail Ltd.
Dr. Chauhan holds a Ph.D. in Management from JJT University, Rajasthan, where he focused his research on facility management costs in the Indian retail sector. His academic background, combined with his professional experience, brings a unique perspective to the evolving needs of the facility management industry in India.
