Coca-Cola India Southwest Asia (INSWA) has announced the appointment of Desmond Nikhil D’Souza as the new Vice President of Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL), effective February 1, 2025. D’Souza succeeds Greishma Singh, who has transitioned to the role of Vice President of Marketing.

As Vice President of C&CL, D’Souza will be responsible for leading Coca-Cola’s customer and commercial strategies across INSWA. His role will focus on driving sustainable value growth, enhancing customer partnerships, and fostering long-term commercial transformation.
D’Souza joins Coca-Cola from Mondelez, where he held the position of Vice President of Sales. During his tenure, he spearheaded significant growth initiatives, including expanding Mondelez’s market footprint, implementing digital sales innovations, and building new commercial capabilities to fuel growth.
Prior to Mondelez, D’Souza gained extensive experience at PepsiCo, where he led key transformation projects and developed sales strategies. He also made notable contributions at Zomato, where he helped shape the company’s customer subscription strategy.
D’Souza holds a postgraduate degree in management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
