Swati Narang Returns as Director – People Experience Partner and this marks a significant shift in her HR career

JLL India recently hired back Swati Narang as Director – People Experience Partner and this marks a significant shift in her HR career.

After spearheading global and domestic HR functions over the last two decades, Swati has developed a clear focus on strategy, transformation, and people-centric leadership which deeply understands talent.

Swati has previously held senior HR positions at Knight Frank, Citi, Multiplex and even JLL. During her earlier eight-year stint with JLL, she led several HR functions and cross-regional projects in North and East India. Her current role with JLL puts her at the senior leadership level, where she aims to drive people strategy for one of JLL India’s key business alliances.

Over the course of her career, Swati focused on building a reputation around driving performance culture, enhancing employee experience, and integrating HR with business functions. She enhanced performance management systems while driving focus on strategic HR initiatives during her leadership at Citi. At Multiplex, where she was head of HR and administration, she demonstrated the capacity to work in diverse business environments.

With her most recent appointment, Swati is expected to enhance the people experience at scale, further underpinning JLL’s dedicated commitment towards fostering employee growth, workplace innovation, and overall excellence.
