Human Resources for its East Zone operations. With a career spanning over a decade at HPCL, Dhiraj brings rich expertise in performance management, talent strategy, and employee engagement.
Prior to this appointment, Dhiraj served as Senior Manager – Performance Management, where he was instrumental in implementing high-impact talent development initiatives and aligning HR strategies with corporate goals. His deep-rooted experience in the HR field also includes stints with leading firms like Colgate-Palmolive and Horwath HTL India, further strengthening his leadership approach.
An alumnus of the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, Dhiraj holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations. In his new role, he will spearhead HR operations in the East Zone, focusing on enhancing workforce performance, fostering a culture of growth, and driving employee engagement.
His leadership is set to play a vital role in transforming people strategies to support HPCL’s expanding business goals in the region.
