Karan Bajwa Appointed as CHRO at Honasa Consumer, the Company Behind Mamaearth and The Derma Co.

The parent company to Mamaearth, The Derma Co., and Aqualogica, Honasa Consumer Ltd. has announced the appointment of Karan Bajwa to a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Karan’s career at Honasa began as a Senior Vice President – HR and he is credited wih nurturing people-first culture and steering the company during its rapid scale up and IPO journey. In this role, he will oversee the organization’s HR strategy and work to build an inclusive, agile, and high-performing workforce to enable Honasa’s business objectives.

Karan’s over a decade experience of leading HR functions at Airtel and Reckitt equips him with comprehensive knowledge of talent management, organizational change, and nurturing executive leaders.

His appointment comes at a critical juncture as Honasa continues pivoting in its brand portfolio and fostering consumer bases in India and across global markets.
