Honeywell has announced the appointment of Jennifer Reilly as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to strong global leadership and people-centric growth.
With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in human resources leadership, Jennifer Reilly brings deep expertise across global manufacturing, technology, industrial, and consumer sectors. She has been with Honeywell since 2023 and previously served as Vice President of Human Resources & Communications for the Safety & Productivity Solutions business. Most recently, she held the role of CHRO and Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Honeywell’s Process Technology segment, where she played a key role in shaping HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, internal communications, and large-scale people transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President (SVP) and CHRO at MKS Instruments, a leading advanced manufacturing technology company, where she drove global HR strategy. She also spent nearly six years at Danaher Corporation, holding multiple senior HR positions, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Life Sciences Platform, Vice President of HR and Communications at Radiometer, and Vice President of Human Resources at ChemTreat. In these roles, she successfully supported global operations, talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and leadership development across international markets.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held key HR leadership positions at The Hershey Company and General Mills, focusing on talent management, organizational development, leadership capability building, and strategic workforce planning.
