USTR Eyes 12.5% Additional Duties on India Over Forced Labour

The USTR has proposed 12.5% additional duties on India and 53 other countries for allegedly failing to ban goods made with forced labour and the timing couldn’t be more awkward, with US trade delegates literally in New Delhi as the report dropped.
