Rahul Goel Appointed as Global CFO at FNP

FNP has appointed Rahul Goel as its new Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With a strong background in financial strategy, corporate governance, and capital management, Goel is set to drive the company’s financial operations and contribute to its global expansion. His extensive experience in equity and debt structuring, multi-entity consolidations, and business enablement will be pivotal in strengthening FNP’s financial performance.

Before joining FNP, Goel was Senior Vice President at Moglix, where he played a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, securing funding, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. His leadership at Moglix led to significant business growth and enhanced operational efficiency.

Goel’s career spans key leadership roles at ShopClues, Motorola Solutions, and Mcarbon Tech Innovation Pvt. Ltd., where he managed financial planning, audits, risk management, and capital structuring. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he also holds a diploma in Information System Audit.

With his deep financial expertise and proven leadership track record, Goel will play a key role in FNP’s ongoing global expansion and long-term growth objectives.
