Recently, Reliance jio has raised their price in jio plans and because of this, 10.9 million customers are leaving in the second quarter.In spite of this ,jio 5g subscriber has been grown up significantly. Jio’s Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), went up from ₹181.7 to ₹195.1, which reflects a key measure of earning per user.
Jio has expressed that they were expecting some users to leave after they see boost in Price, as this is common in this era but they aren’t worried about it , they believe it won’t hurt their profit. The company’s main focus is on delivering the best 5g experience to its customers.
For making benefit for many users , they are working on a Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) to connect homes to the network .
While losing customers in jio , it opened a new opportunities for other telecom companies, but one thing Reliance stated clearly ,that it won’t make loose to their bussiness.
