Ashish Pandey has joined Aster DM Healthcare as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Retail & Pharmacy, bringing extensive expertise in digital transformation and information technology strategy. With over two decades of experience, he will spearhead the company’s digital activities, bolstering technical improvements throughout one of the leading retail and pharmacy chains in the GCC.
His experience consists of senior positions at Dabur India Limited, where he spearheaded digital and technology transformation, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India, where he oversaw IT and digital operations, including technology integration during a significant merger.Along with his career path, he oversaw ERP deployments at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., where he also worked for IBM in the United States, providing SAP ERP solutions for worldwide customers across several sectors.
He combines a solid technical foundation with leadership experience, having an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. He will concentrate at Aster DM Healthcare on fostering innovation, improving IT infrastructure, and using technology for operational effectiveness.
