March 2025 – Trident Group of India, wishing to leverage Amit Mishra’s expertise in the textile sector, has re-appointed him as Chief HR for Yarn Division. He is expected to add value to the organisation’s leadership team as a well-versed HR individual.
Amit brings over ten years of experience from previously holding senior positions in Welspun Living Limited and Alok Industries Ltd, where he efficiently managed and executed multi-faceted HR functions including recruitment, employee payroll, and compliance for large headcount organisations. His grasp over contractor compliance as well as transport and regulatory issues has made him a notable figure in strategic human resources leadership.
Mishra’s former experience with Trident Group as an HR Business Partner enabled him to actively participate in business reviews within the performance management system, conduct employee appraisal audits, and manage international buyer audits from major global brands like Walmart, IKEA, JCPenney, Amazon, among others. His subsequent re-engagement with the company is indicative of the organisation’s renewed intention towards employee engagement, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.
Amit has an MBA in Human Resources and specialises in talent acquisition, compensation, and strategic HR management. His previous employments in JRM Solutions also enabled him to hone his business reporting and compliance skills.
As Amit Mishra assumes his new role and steps in at Trident Group India, he is poised to enforce a high-performance work culture to ensure the organisation continues to excel within the competitive textile industry.
