Radhika Harivanam has been appointed Managing Director at EisnerAmper India, bringing more than 25 years of experience in US Income Tax and client advisory services.

In her new role, she will lead Client Services across all service lines in India, supporting the firm’s continued focus on service quality, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships as EisnerAmper marks two decades of operations in the country.

Radhika’s career has been shaped by deep expertise in Individual and Trust taxation, along with extensive experience in managing client service delivery across global business environments.

Before joining EisnerAmper India, she held leadership roles at EY and Deloitte, where she worked across tax advisory, client engagement, and service management functions. Her experience in these organizations helped build a strong understanding of both technical tax advisory and large-scale client operations.

She also worked with Apollo Health & Lifestyle Limited as Senior Business Analyst, adding operational and strategic business exposure to her professional journey.
