Kavita Singh appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Thermax Limited.

Kavita Singh has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Thermax Limited, bringing extensive global experience in workforce leadership, organizational transformation, and people strategy.

Her appointment comes at a time when businesses across industries are placing stronger focus on leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce transformation to support long-term growth.

Before joining Thermax, Kavita served as CHRO at United Breweries Ltd., where she led HR initiatives across 19 manufacturing plants, 16 co-pack units, and a workforce of more than 12,000 employees. Her work included leadership development, employee wellness, change management, and people-focused operational programs.

Earlier, she worked as CHRO at Hindustan Zinc, overseeing HR operations across 11 locations with a workforce exceeding 20,000 employees and workers.

Kavita also spent more than a decade with A.P. Moller – Maersk, taking on leadership responsibilities across India, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Later, as Regional Director and Head of Human Resources for Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East at Damco, she managed HR operations across 27 markets.

Her earlier career journey includes HR and talent management roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, TATA AIG Insurance, and Reliance Communications.
