The Nasscom Foundation has appointed Jyoti Sharma as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ushering in a new era of sustainable growth and inclusive social impact. With more than 20 years of experience in leading initiatives in gender equality, education, climate change, regenerative agriculture, child rights, and disaster management, Jyoti brings a strong background in social empowerment. Her proven track record in program development, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement positions her perfectly to guide the foundation’s mission forward.

Jyoti Sharma’s career is a testament to her dedication to social development and sustainable practices. Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, she has played key leadership roles at globally recognized organizations such as Organic Cotton Action Aid, Save the Children, the World Resources Institute, Accelerator, the European Commission, and the Magic Bus India Foundation. Through her strategic leadership, she has excelled in building high-performing teams, launching impactful programs, and raising vital resources to promote social change.

In her new role as CEO of Nasscom Foundation, Jyoti shares her enthusiasm for the future: “Technology, when combined with purpose and innovation, can transform society.
